Kingsbridge Advisory is a cross border advisory firm with an office in Hong Kong. We work with businesses operating across digital commerce channels and regional markets. Our role is to bring structure to decisions that involve market entry, partner selection, channel economics and operating responsibility.

Our work is evidence led and management focused. We define the question, test the assumptions and document the reasoning behind the recommendation. After implementation begins, we continue to review the evidence so that the strategy remains relevant to the conditions in which the business is operating.

We do not treat planning as a one time exercise. Maintenance matters because platforms change, partner performance varies and commercial assumptions can become outdated. A professional advisory process makes those changes visible early enough for management to respond.
